End of 2018 is fast approaching!!

Well it's been a while since we had an update on what's been going on at SD so here's a quick overview. We're BUSY!!! (that's an understatement!!) I know some people e-mail us asking if we are still in business because they've had a hard time getting a hold of us on the phone and we apologize for that but it can be hard to find enough time in the day to answer and return all the calls we get so if possible we ask you to shoot us an e-mail. The last few months as time has allowed we've been working on making several changes in the shop layout which when completed will greatly improve workflow and efficiency. Our goal is to reduce lead times for our CNC ported heads, intakes and top end kits while keeping prices as low as possible and also freeing up more time to deal with more phone calls but e-mail will still continue to be the best way to get a hold of us.
Demand is as strong as ever for our products and services and we're thrilled with the support our old and new customers continue to bring us. I know the last few months we have been even harder to get a hold of and we are running a little behind schedule on getting jobs out the door but the changes in the shop along with improved procedures with the build schedule have been long overdue so we appreciate everyone's patience.
We are going to devote the majority of our time starting Dec. 22nd-Jan. 11th 2019 to finalizing the shop rearranging and organizing along with taking a few days off for the Christmas Holidays to spend with family and friends so the office will be closed for phone calls and we will have limited time to deal with e-mails so please be patient. We're excited about improving productivity in 2019 to better serve our customers, we'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous 2019!!
